If you want to join Hawaiian Outrigger Canoe Club:
1. Adults practice Mon/Wed/Fri at 5:30 pm-7:30 pm and Sun at 8am-10am. Look for Larry(Club Rep/President) or Bill (Head Coach). Keiki practices to be announced.
2. You don't have to know how to paddle, we'll be happy to teach you.
3. Wear something comfortable (and appropriate!) that you won't mind getting wet in.
4. You will need to fill out a HOCC registration form and an HCRA Waiver. Also bring a photocopy of your ID or birth certificate if 18 or younger.

5. Bring a check made out to Hawaiian Outrigger Canoe Club for:
- $100 if you want to race in the 2010 Regatta Season
- $60 if you want to be a recreational paddler
6. You don't have to own a paddle, you can borrow one from the club.
7. You don't have to know how to swim, but you'll need to know how to tread water.
8. Bring a good attitude and an open mind. We try to keep the atmosphere positive and fun.
9. You get out of the experience what you put into it. Come as often as you can, your training will improve faster!
